phginto Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player" or "Member") and phginto ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of the phginto website at phginto.best and all related services, games, and features accessible through it.

phginto is operated by a licensed entity and is authorised to offer online gaming services to eligible players in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. By registering an account on phginto, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.

These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the English-language version is the authoritative version. phginto reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use phginto, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must not be self-excluded from phginto or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

phginto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during account use. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on phginto. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or through error — are subject to closure and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phginto will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your credentials with anyone. Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

phginto accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any credits, bonuses, or prizes associated with it to another person.

4. Deposits

phginto accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels in Philippine Peso (₱): GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. phginto does not accept deposits from third parties. Using someone else's payment method without their explicit, documented consent constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply and can be set by the player under Responsible Gaming settings.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phginto wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• phginto does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

phginto reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that fails our compliance screening. In such cases, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your phginto account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent verified deposit, or another method as approved by our finance team on a case-by-case basis. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, phginto requires identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, UMID, or voter's ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. GCash account screenshot showing your registered name)

Once KYC is completed, standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one business day. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional review but are still processed as quickly as possible.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phginto offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all phginto bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier is shown clearly on each promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Check each promotion's specific contribution schedule.
• Expiry: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time. Players must clear or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.

7. Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on phginto — including jackpot slots, live baccarat, fishing games, virtual sports, and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are statistically random and independently audited by third-party testing laboratories.

Players are expected to engage with games in good faith. The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, with forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in live casino games
• Any form of card counting or systematic exploitation in live card games
• Placing bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, such as betting on both sides of a market simultaneously

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, phginto will attempt to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the failure. If restoration is not possible, bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes returned.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on phginto is governed by both these general Terms and the specific sports betting rules published in the Betting Odds section of the platform. In the event of conflict, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that sport.

• Odds at Placement: All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed, regardless of any subsequent market movement.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, phginto will follow the relevant sport's standard settlement rules — generally voiding bets if the event does not reach a natural conclusion within the competition's own rules.
• In-Play Betting: Live odds change rapidly. phginto accepts in-play bets subject to system availability. During periods of high traffic, bet acceptance may be delayed. Bets are only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation message.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum payout amounts per bet and per event apply. These limits are displayed in the sports betting lobby and may vary by sport and market.
• Obvious Errors: phginto reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error. We will notify affected players and return all stakes.

9. Responsible Gaming

phginto is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all members. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care seriously — especially toward players who may be at risk of harm from excessive gambling.

The following tools are available to all phginto members and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You may close your phginto account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

phginto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• You have breached any section of these Terms
• You are engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the platform
• You are accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal or regulatory risk to phginto

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes no criminal activity occurred, eligible funds will be returned minus any amounts related to the breach.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phginto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.
